Komodo Island is surely a fishing paradise for the anglers all over the world for its extraordinary seas. It is known for years as a healthy home of various pelagic fish, super rich with coral fish and deep sea fish. With a strong current of water and picturesque view suround of the famous Komodo Island, anglers will definitely enjoy their strike of commonly Giant Trevally, Tuna, Amber Jack, Snappers, and others.

Beside providing you a pleasant fishing activities, we also aware that Komodo island has been appointed as a National Park in Indonesia. Therefore, applying the concept of Environmental Friendly Fishing is also one of our focus. We use a policy of Catch & Release in permitted fishing zones, accompanied by the local National Park Rangers and No Littering to the sea for fishing activities.

Very few live-aboard and yachts visit this most western remote part of Raja Ampat. You may be among the first to explore Kofiau that is one of the least visited places in Raja Ampat, it’s a spot to be alone with nature amongst the major islands in Raja Ampat, this island is comprised primarily of raised coral limestone and some volcanic hills blanketed in orchids and tropical rainforest, all offering a wealth of nature & beautiful scenery. Since it is a home to the local Kofiau monarch butterfly, rare kingfisher birds, and green tree pythons not found anywhere else on Earth. On the edge of Raja Ampat, west of the remote Kofiau lies the unexplored string of Boo Islands, decorated with barrier reefs. In the hidden lagoon of the smaller Boo Island, you’ll have a chance for a bone fish, alien wildlife and crystal-clear waters all to yourself. Raja Ampat marine diversity seems to be continually increasing around Boo islands, much like across Misool.

Sorong – West Misool- Sorong Fishing Journey
7 Days/6 Nights

Day One : Arrival at Sorong Airport

Once your arrival at Sorong Airport, our staff will welcome and assist you to the boat. Safety briefing, boat orientation, crew introduction and the preparation of trolling equipment will be settled in on the way to Misool in the mother boat of Neomi Cruise.

Day Two – Day Six : West Misol
		Welcome to Misool - one of the great fishing destination which has calm seas and beautiful underwater. In the morning, the fishing equipment like Popping and Jigging will be prepared. And the anglers will be served with various pelagic and reed fishes like Tuna, Groupers, Red Bass, Snapper and Giant Trevally. And also, in the area of Misool which has Mangroves, we will go to the spot for striking black bass and spot tail black bass fish on river that located in Misool.

Day Seven : Sorong

We will reach Sorong in the morning. Breakfast will be served and afterwards prepare for disembarkation. Thank you for having the Raja Ampat fishing Journey with us. Meals : Breakfast

Day One : Sorong
Arrive at the Dominique Edward Osok Airport. Our crews will escort you to the boat and starting the journey. Safety briefing, boat orientation, crew introduction and fishing equipment preparation will be done before we set sail.

Day Two – Day Five : Ayau
Ayau Islands or known as Ajoe Eiladen or Ayu Islands is an exceptional remote island located at far north of Waigeo in Raja Ampat. Ayau itself consist of a large area of Atoll which is also a habitat for fishes that has economy value. We will do fishing activities on day two until day five in this exceptional remote area.

Day Six : East Waigeo
Waigeo - the largest of 4 main Raja Ampat islands which has other names Waigiu or Amberi located between Halmahera Island and Papua Island. Fishing activity will take place on early morning and the boat will sail back to Sorong at noon.

Day Seven : Sorong
We will reach Sorong in the morning. Breakfast will be served and afterwards prepare for disembarkation. Thank you for having the Fishing Journey with us.
